    In the late 19th century, Huntley farmers produced more milk per square mile than anywhere else. In 1907, Borden’s established a milk processing plant on Borden Street.     William Stanley North, known to appreciate a frothy beverage two, founded union special, the forbearer of Sew Hop’d, in 1881 and is the inspiration behind stan’s amber. this amber ale is subtle and extremely drinkable. the malt and hops balance perfectly and we’re sure you’ll enjoy the subtle hop aroma. this one’s not too sweet, not too hoppy - perfect for any occasion.     That’s right- our sonic HOP’D IPA is brewed and dry-hopped with 6 varieties of hops and 100 pounds of locally sourced honey. This is a favorite of ours here at Sew Hop’d, and we’re sure you’ll agree. Don’t worry about overwhelming, hoppy bitterness here. The 100 lbs of honey will take care of that. No bees were harmed during the production of this beer.

    Hefeweizen

    Hefeweizen is a golden classic - the standard to which all others are judged. Hefeweizen translates to "yeast wheat" in German. Brewed with Magnum hops, the flavors of this beer can give the illusion of banana, clove, or even bubble gum to the more playful palettes. Full-bodied by nature, this brew is heavily carbonated to put a spark in each sip.

    Copperhead Brewery operated near the current Sew Hop'd brewery site in the mid-1930s. The coppery color of this Helles Bock harkens us back to that day. It's a true find for beer enthusiasts. The aroma and taste are malty, grainy-sweet, and slightly toasty. The finish is smooth and balanced, with a slight hint of bitterness. It's the perfect beer to ease the burden of a hard day in the saddle.

    A traditional, German-inspired MÄrzen lager - MÄrzen meaning March. This crisp lager is brewed in the spring and aged or “Lagered” over summer. Sew hop’d oktoberfest was Brewed with German Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Liberty hops and has been doing just that- lagering for some time now. This coppery red-head is full-bodied, bold and malty. THE PERFECT FEST BEER. Prost!

    Stairway To Helles

    Helles quite literally means "bright," and this Muinch-style Helles delivers just that. We're not quite sure which is brighter, the color or the taste. Hallertau MittelfrÜh and Crystal hops are full-bodied with a sweet malt flavor. This lager offers drinkability- and enduring style for true beer lovers.
